At our printing press, we quickly convert graphic designs received via email into film output. Our computerized cliché machines ensure error-free completion of the production process, which continues seamlessly throughout the day.

We offer a variety of cliche options, such as:

  • Gilding (used on paper, cardboard, leather, bookbinding cloth, wood, PVC, etc.)
  • Embossing (used on paper, leather, bookbinding cloth, PVC, etc.)
  • Leather embossing (used on jacron labels, leather, bookbinding cloth, leather belts, wallets, etc.)
  • Burning, stamping, screening, and frequency printing (used on paper, cardboard, jacron labels, leather, bookbinding cloth, leather belts, wallets, etc.)
  • Rubber injection for fabric and labels (using rubber injection printing molds on fabrics)

Our cliches are available in multiple thicknesses:

  • 1.5 mm
  • 1.75 mm
  • 2 mm
  • 3 mm
  • 4 mm
  • 4,5 mm
  • 5 mm
  • 7 mm

Extras:

  • Be sure to specify the thickness of the cliche.
  • Be sure to specify whether the cliche will be solid or piecemeal.
  • If the cliche is made piece by piece, for the convenience of the person who will assemble these clichés, if the setting film is requested, send the document that will be the setting film in a single color.
  • After the cliches are prepared, specify where the delivery will be made.
  • If you are going to emboss at the same time as cutting, send us the original document so that we can assemble the part that will emboss into the drawing that the cutler sent us.
  • Convert and send your works.
  • Jobs sent by following the above procedures will take an average of “2” hours.
